It is a fact that most IT projects fail due to deficiencies in project management. At Novo Communications, project management is the cornerstone of our business. Not only do we provide project managers for all of our disciplines, but we also offer project management as a separate service.
Our PMs will work hand in hand with consultants, designers, integrators, contractors, and your companies’ representatives to ensure that the project meets the specifications and finishes on schedule and under budget.
Depending on their size and scope, we assign senior and junior-level project managers to all our projects. In specific circumstances, we will also assign a project executive, usually an officer of the company.
